Administration

The Graduate Medical Education office is responsible for the educational oversight of all graduate medical training programs sponsored by the MSU College of Human Medicine.

This department governs through the Graduate Medical Education Committee. The GMEC is composed of the Directors of Medical Education of participating institutions, Residency and Fellowship Program Directors, Resident Representatives, and a Saftey Officer. Among other things, this group monitors resident quality of education and work environment; establishes policies and procedures for residents; and maintains compliance and accreditation with the ACGME (Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education).

Follow this link for the GME Policy Manual. It is also available from each program coordinator.
