Rosalynn Bliss, LMSW
Rosalynn Bliss is Assistant Dean and Chief External Relations Officer at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, where she leads government relations, hospital partnerships, and industry collaboration. Before joining MSU, she served 19 years as an elected official for the City of Grand Rapids, including as Mayor. She also taught in the School of Social Work and Frederik Meijer Honors College at Grand Valley State University. A longtime civic leader, she remains actively involved in community organizations across Michigan.
