Bio
Holly Nysse is a student programs administrator at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, based in Grand Rapids.
Holly earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Oakland University. A proud Spartan, she values the mission of training future physicians and serving the community.
In her role, she supports third- and fourth-year students through schedule planning, career guidance, and student services during the Late Clinical Experience. Holly brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including 16 years in medical education and over 14 years with the College of Human Medicine. She is committed to creating a supportive environment and helping students navigate both the logistical and personal challenges of medical training.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, listening to podcasts, and working on home projects.
