BIO
Julie Christensen, PhD, is the M2 director and serves as an assistant professor in the Office of Medical Education Research and Development (OMERAD) at the College of Human Medicine.
She completed her PhD in curriculum, instruction, and teacher education at MSU, specializing in science education. Within the College of Human Medicine, she has played key roles in curriculum and faculty development. She also contributes to college governance as a member of the curriculum committee and has served on the College Advisory Council. Her research explores learning progressions, responsive instruction, and the role of formative assessment in supporting effective teaching and learning.
