Apply for CME Credit
Michigan State University College of Human Medicine is a community-based medical school with partnerships across the state of Michigan. We welcome joint educational opportunities. We require that all interested parties contact us at the initial planning stage to obtain detailed instructions on how to apply.
To help you with your CME planning process and ensure the activity is planned in accordance with ACCME regulations, we require no less than a 12 week notice of intent to apply for CME accreditation. The complete CME application packet must be received no less than 8 weeks prior to the promotion of activity.
Please note, late submissions will result in an additional $100 CME application rush fee. An application must be submitted and approved by the Continuing Medical Education Office before any mention of CME credits can be made on marketing materials. Please do not use past applications or other forms as we have moved to an online application process.
