CME Tracker Instructions

Creating a profile in CME Tracker

  1. Go to CME Tracker
  2. Click on the Sign In option on the left menu bar.
  3. Click on the Sign In button in the middle of the page.
  4. Enter an email address you want associated with your CME account.
  5. Click on the green Create Account
  6. You may be required to enter more information if the system believes you may have an existing account. Enter your last name and telephone number and click on the Submit
  7. If you do not have an account, you will receive this message. Click on the Continue
  8. You will be taken to the Profile screen. The items with am asterisk (*) are required fields.
  9. Once your information is added, click on the Save Profile
  10. You should receive a message the account was created. Click on the Continue button and then Sign Out

Instructions for collecting CME credit

  1. Go to CME Tracker
  2. Select the Sign In option from the menu list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Enter your email address and password associated with your CME account. If you do not have an account, click on Create Account.
  4. You will receive the message Sign In Successful – You have successfully Signed In! Click the Continue
  5. To claim credit for an activity, click on the Claiming Credit
  6. You need to enter the activity code provided at the session you attended in order to claim credit.
  7. Click submit
  8. Please select the type of credit you have earned. Note: Only Medical Doctors (MD) can claim the AMA PRA Category 1 credit.
  9. Attest to your time in attendance and click the Submit
  10. Your certificate is displayed, you can either print the certificate or simply log out of the system. Your credit has been recorded.
