- Shreesh Sammi, PhD, has been appointed assistant professor in the Department of Translational Neuroscience.
- This month, Jack Lipton, PhD, chair of the Department of Translational Neuroscience, begins a two-year appointment as president of the Association of Medical School Neuroscience Department Chairs. Dr. Lipton will lead this international education, outreach and advocacy for the organization.
Student News
- Julie Ngo, MS4, was appointed the student member of the American Academy Family Physician's Commission of Education. This national role is only appointed to one student annually and she was the sole representative from Michigan on the Commission of Education this year.
