Meet the Speaker

Mona Hanna, MD, MPH, is the Director of Rx Kids and a C.S. Mott Endowed Professor and Associate Dean for Public Health in the College of Human Medicine.

A pediatrician, activist, and author, she was named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People and one of USA Today’s Women of the Century for her work uncovering the Flint water crisis. She leads Rx Kids, a first-in-the-nation program to address infant poverty, and is the author of What the Eyes Don’t See.
