Room Request Form for Student Organizations & Interest Groups
Student Organizations and Interest Groups are required to complete a request form for room scheduling and video-conferencing between the two preclinical campuses.
The room request form includes the following information:
- Student submitting the request
- Date and type of event
- Projected attendance (necessary to determine room size)
- Request for video-conferencing or ZOOM (if applicable)
- Origination campus for the video conferencing
- Approval for IT on all participating campuses
- Rooms reserved on all participating campuses
- Ten-day advance schedule needed for meetings that require any kind of tech support
- Contact persons on both campuses
If there is a request for video-conferencing or any type of technology, this request must be submitted and approved ten business days in advance.
