Bio
Supratik Rayamajhi, MD, is the associate dean for clinical affairs and associate professor of internal medicine. He is a graduate of the Michigan State University Internal Medicine Residency Program and joined the College of Human Medicine faculty in 2011.
He has served in several administrative roles including clerkship director, residency director, vice chair for education, senior vice chair for clinical strategy and interim chair for the Department of Medicine.
Rayamajhi’s scholarly pursuits are highlighted as a clinical investigator on several federal grants with a focus on hypertension research. He is the lead author of a book on cancer-associated thrombosis and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in these niche spaces. He loves his in-patient clinical work as a primary quarterback for his patients while leading a team of students and trainees.
Rayamajhi is an AOA inductee and recipient of the 2021 College of Human Medicine Outstanding Faculty Award.
