Bio

Eileen Hug, DO, FAAP, FACOP, is the community assistant dean for the Detroit Campus. Dr. Hug completed her medical education from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency in the Department of Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. 

Her career in Graduate Medical Education and Undergraduate Medical Education in both Allopathic and Osteopathic areas , spanning almost 25 years. Serving as the Osteopathic Pediatric Program Director for the Intergrated program at Children’s Hospital of Michigan for 20 years and currently is UGME Director at Henry Ford Health System 

Nationally she is the Chair for the ACGME Osteopathic Recognition Committee.
