Office of Medical Education Research and Development
The Office of Medical Education Research and Development (OMERAD) is a unit within the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. Its mission is to improve medical education and related service programs through evaluation and research, consultation, relevant instruction and faculty development programs. Established in 1966, OMERAD is the oldest continuously operating office of medical education in the United States.

The Primary Care Research and Development ConferenceThursday, June 9, 2005
The Primary Care Research and Development Conference, held each year during the June session of the fellowship, was organized as a forum for fellows to present their project results for review by recognized primary care researchers. The addition of nationally known keynote speakers has made the conference a valuable professional development resource for academic primary care physicians or recent graduates considering academic medicine or research.
