Hotel Reservations and Policies

This rate is available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, January 26, 2024, or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Reservations made after January 10, 2024, will be subject to room availability, and standard rates will apply. The room block may fill before Friday, January 26, 2024, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Cancellation of any guaranteed room reservation must be received by the hotel before 4:00 PM Eastern Time two (2) days prior to the check-in date. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. 

 

Travel 

The hotel is located approximately 8 miles from the Capital Region International Airport (LAN) in Lansing, Michigan. Taxi and rideshare services are available on-demand. Information on taxi, rideshare and other ground transportation options from the Lansing airport can be found here. 

The hotel is located approximately 90 miles from the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) in Detroit, Michigan. The Michigan Flyer provides bus transportation from Detroit to East Lansing. Metro Cars provides chauffeured transportation from Detroit to East Lansing.

 

Parking

Guest parking at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center is available at a rate of $2.00 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $15.00 per day. Overnight guest parking at the is available at a rate of $15 per car per day.
