Registration Fees and Policies

Who Can Attend 

To register for and attend this 2024 Remembrance Conference, you must be affiliated with an MD medical school. 


Registration is closed. For any questions, please reach out to galbavil@msu.edu.  Guest Registration is Not Available.


Registration Fee

  • Delegation of up to 5 people ($750)
  • Additional delegation members ($250 each)
  • Individual ($250)

Attendees are required to be registered for the conference; individuals without badges will not be admitted.

Registration Procedures

Registration will occur in phases.

  • The initial registration page will ask whether registering as a delegation or individual. Delegations will need to provide a primary contact person, but also provide individual delegation names and emails.
  • Next, individuals will receive a link to provide specific information (e.g. accommodation or dietary needs, emergency contact info, etc.)
  • Lastly, delegations or individuals will be sent invoices with a link to pay.

If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact Lisa Galbavi at CHM.AcademicAffairs@msu.edu. Attendees will have the ability to request auxiliary aids or services or a dietary request during the individual registration phase. If you have additional context or information that you would like to provide to the logistics team to ensure we accommodate these needs, please contact Lisa Galbavi at CHM.AcademicAffairs@msu.edu.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so by emailing CHM.AcademicAffairs@msu.edu

  • Cancel by January 14, 2024 for a full refund.*
  • Cancel between January 15, 2024 thru February 2, 2024 for a 50% refund.*
  • Cancel on or after February 3, 2024 and no refund will be provided.

*If only part of a delegation is canceling, refund amount will be prorated. Substitutions for delegation members is permitted. Contact Lisa Galbavi at CHM.AcademicAffairs@msu.edu if you would like to change delegation members or have any questions regarding cancellations.

Disruption Policy

Meeting participants and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports a robust, professional learning environment when attending sessions, meals, or receptions. Participants who engage in disruptive behaviors, at the sole determination of the conference staff, may be asked to exit the room until the disruption is resolved or leave the meeting. No refund will be provided. 

Harassment Policy

We are dedicated to a harassment-free experience for all meeting participants and expect all meeting participants to treat other participants with respect and behave with the high degree of integrity expected of the medical profession. harassment of conference participants will not be tolerated in any form and will review and respond to reports of harassment. If you see or experience harassment and you want to report the behavior, contact any member of the conference staff directly or send an email to CHM.AcademicAffairs@msu.edu

Additional Policies

Please note that recording or live streaming of sessions on social media is prohibited without prior consent.
